Teddies Nursery have an excellent career opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join our lovely day nursery in Tunbridge Wells.
This position is key to the successful running of the nursery as you will be relied upon to support the Nursery Manager with the day to day running of the rooms. You must have a minimum of NVQ3 in Early Years or equivalent, although Early Years Professional Status is preferred. You should have previous experience of supervising staff, ability to demonstrate leadership skills, vision, a sound knowledge of early years child care, great communication skills, and experience of working with parents.
