Experienced Nursery Manager required to for a well established, successful 70 place Day Nursery in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to progress. You will be working for a market leading Childcare Provider who is recognised throughout the sector as a leader in curriculum and education. You must be fully qualified and experienced to apply for this position. A good knowledge of the EYFS is also desirable

Duties will include:
The day to day running and administration of the Nursery and implementation of EYFS
Organising staff meetings and parent’s evenings
Responsible for Managing budgets
Responsible for Effective Recruitment and staff retention
Producing Staff Rota’s
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s
Care, education and supervision of children. Curriculum design and roll out
Developing strong and meaningful relationships with parents, guardians, children, siblings and the local community
