Our client, a vibrant Day Care Nursery in Doncaster, requires a Qualified Nursery Nurse to take on the role of Room Leader from January.
Main Objectives:
- To ensure the Health and Safety of everyone who enters the Nursery
- To deliver advice and Guidance to other Nursery Nurses and Assistants
- To stand in for the Deputy Manager as and when required
Key responsibilities:
- To deliver and ensure that all other staff within the room are delivering the curriculum in line with the EYFS
- To be involved in all activities within the room
- To maintain all Nursery Policies and Procedures
- To assist in the admission and induction of new children
- To ensure that all communications are relayed to other staff effectively
Suitable candidates must have BTec National Diploma in Childhood Studies or equivalent and must have a minimum of 3 years working with children aged 0-5 years.
