Senior Nursery Nurse
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Practitioner to take a senior post within a lovely Nursery.
This position will offer you excellent career progression and job satisfaction, as you learn more about the running of a Nursery and take on more responsibilities.
You will need to have a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to lead and manage a staff team.
If you have previous Room Leader or Deputy Manager experience, this is a great opportunity to expand on your experience and work within an organisation that will offer further career development.
Some of your responsibilities as a Senior Nursery Nurse will include:
- To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- To lead your team in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS
- To work in partnership with the parents
- To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
- To lead the team in your room, providing day to day guidance for your staff where needed
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Have experience of working with children
