My client requires a confident, experienced and fully qualified manager to join their team ASAP to lead a small 40 place setting. You will be working for an independent daycare organisation that also operates 2 other settings in the local area.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery including:
Curriculum and Education
All Business Aspects and Marketing of the Setting
Recruitment and Retention
Producing Staff Rota’s
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s
Care, and well being of the children
Building strong bonds with parents and the local community
This role is ideal for a strong Deputy Manager looking for their first Nursery Management position, or even someone working towards a Management qualification or Early Years Professional Status seeking Managerial experience.
