This family oriented centre caters for 55 children and is looking for a dynamic Level 3 Room Leader to lead their 12 place 2-3’s room, overlooking 3 other qualified staff.
You will be a strong team member who can lead, mentor and guide staff in running a successful room that provides high quality care.
Essential Requirements:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification
A first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Teamwork skills
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Demonstrated the ability to plan and organise daily activities
A dedicated and mature manner
