Deputy Manager, to work outside numbers when the manager is out. A great chance to join this lovely setting which has room for 40 children. The candidate will need to be an experienced nursery worker with supervisory experience and very knowledgeable with EYFS Framework. The role is based in North Middlesex
Your responsibilities will include –
Working closely with the nursery manager, to Maintain high standards of child care and a good motivated staff team
Help the manager to manage members of staff and train
You will need to have experience with handling fees, cash and budgets
Good working knowledge of the Ofsted regulations and ensure their implementation
Good awareness of the health and safety issues and to ensure their implementation:
To be considered you will need -
NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
2-3 years’ post-qualification experience and 1 years’ relevant supervisory experience
