A New Nursery belonging to a small Nursery group and operating as a Bilingual English/French setting requires a Manager to start January 2012. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a setting from its onset and develop the business in its community. The Nursery belongs to a very successful, professional organization with 3 other very successful settings in Central London. The new setting will be based in West London, Zone 1 and will be well resourced with equipment and facilities. It is due to open next year, in April 2012. The setting will be open 47 weeks per year and this is a full time position.
We are looking for someone is a very experienced Manager, ideally someone who has started a setting from scratch and preferably, someone who is or is on their way to EYP Status or Degree. If they speak French, that would also be fantastic, although not essential. They will also need a thorough understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.
The Managers Duties will include –
Setup of setting with owner
Marketing and open days.
Implementation of the EYFS Curriculum
Recruitment
Supervision
Leadership
Building strong parent relationships
Enrolment and Enrolment targets
All Financials
Maintenance and appearance of the setting
Fostering strong team ethic within the setting
