Parsons Green, SW6: Daily nanny is needed to share care of 8 months old and 21 months old girls with another nanny/housekeeper (placed by Eden and very happy in her job!) and the mother who works from home. Nursery duties and focus on one child at a time. Days needed are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 8am – 6pm but flexibility to travel to countryside home with the family for full weekend approx. every 4 weeks is also required. Daily nanny to work as part of a lovely team is needed for a family well known to Eden – we have placed their current nanny/housekeeper who works full time Monday – Friday and will be sharing the care for the two girls with the new nanny. Mum is usually around as well but works on projects so this is a mix of sole charge and shared care. This is a childcare role with nursery duties and occasional cooking for the girls. The family also has a farm in Buckinghamshire where they go for weekends approx. once per month and they would like the nanny to accompany them. They also travel abroad some of these weekends when the nanny is not needed at all. Flexibility is needed. The family spends their Summer in Italy and would ideally like the nanny to come with them at least for part of it but this is to be discussed. Babysitting 1-2 x per month is also required. This is a lovely position for a nanny who doesn’t mind being slightly flexible and is happy to give up some of her weekends in exchange to having time off during the week. The suitable candidate will be an excellent team player with strong baby experience and fantastic references. French, Spanish, Italian or German speaker would be great!
