Full-time TEMPORARY Live-in Maternity Nanny (twin boys 13 months) Milan Italy – £££ competitive package – ASAP for 1-2 months
Busy Italian family based between Milan and Assisi in Italy with twin boys aged 13 months is looking for a maternity nanny to cover nights as well as working as a nanny during the day – one of the boys is still waking up at least once per night and appears to have a poor sleeping routine.
The maternity nanny would be required to share a bedroom and bathroom with the babies.
24-hour cover is required 6 days per week though the babies are now 13 months old so night-time involvement is limited at this stage – the parents just want to have cover when one of the babies wakes during the night – this is happening once or twice per night. The maternity nanny would have 2-3 hours per day (during the day) to catch up on any lost sleep.
The ideal candidate will be highly qualified to work with babies – this is a major requirement. Mum is looking for a flexible, capable, fit and enthusiastic person with plenty of energy to throw into the role. There is another full-time nanny employed so at all times there will be two nannies working, hence the care for the twins will be a combined effort.
The successful candidate will speak English as her first language and have appropriate childcare qualifications with an emphasis on baby care. Sole-charge baby nanny experience with checkable written references will be a plus.
The maternity nanny duties will be mainly around the care of the babies – the day nanny will take care of the majority of nursery duties such as baby laundry etc, and there are other domestic staff employed in the home to deal with housework and cooking.
Salary will be £££ a competitive package comensurate with your skills and experience.
