BESD TA required in Exeter Hays Education are currently recruiting for skilled Teaching Assistants for a day-to-day long-term placement in a dedicated BESD setting in Exeter. You should have current secondary curricular knowledge knowledge of supporting students with challenging behaviour and / or emotional and social difficulties. You should be able to empathise and support these students helping them to engage in various cross-curricular subject activities to achieve the best level of education for their ability. A thorough understanding of the current national curriculum is essential as are strong numeracy and literacy skills.
