Room Leader – Finsbury Park

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Nursery Nurse or Room Leader looking for a fresh challange to supervise staff within this settings Toddler or Pre-School.

If you do not have Room Leader Experience we would ideally like you to have at least 2 years post-Level 3 experience.

This vacancy is urgent so interviews can take place as soon as next week.

Your duties will include:

• Provide quality day care to the children and ensure that they are safe, loved, stimulated and well cared for.

• Responsible for planning and carrying out observation and assessments and writing reports.
• Ensuring that the room is a safe and secure environment which provides a wide range of activities for the children.
• Guide and support staff, ensuring they maintain high standards, ensuring they plan for the children within the Early Years framework.
• Responsible for developing strong relationships with parents and other childcare professionals.
