Your key responsibilities will be:

Hands-on recruitment and client management

  • You will answer the phone and take details of jobs
  • You will meet and greet potential workers and learn to interview them
  • You will check telephone references

PR and Marketing (including social media)

  • You will research ways to increase press exposure
  • You will have input in developing advertising campaigns and brand development

Desired Candidate

You will have:

  • An organised and methodical mind
  • A personable yet professional nature
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Responsive and ability to work proactively as well as in a team
  • A good understanding of business principles and of how to create profit
  • Good knowledge of MS office, social media and the internet
  • A high degree of common sense and the ability to laugh
