The boys current nanny may be moving over with them so it might be shared care with her. The ideal candidate will be someone mature minded, who can follow routine and has a firm but fair approach. An excellent command of the English language is important as the boys will need to learn and development this. Also someone who comes from an educational background will be greatly appreciated as there will be an element of tutoring for the eldest boy with homework support etc. Only nursery duties are required, a housekeeper takes care of the laundry. Someone who can cook great meals will be a bonus. A driver is essential and someone who can travel with the family on occasion. The family are interviewing now.
