A fantastic opportunity to work with a client who is opening a brand new Montessori Nursery near Edgware train station. The prospective Nursery Manager must be Montessori Qualified with extensive Nursery Management expertise and a significant track record in a Montessori environment. We do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing an Early Years Degree.
The Nursery Manager will need to show strong oral and written skills, strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.
The Managers Duties will include –
Set up of the new Setting with the owner
Implementation of the EYFS and Montessori Curriculum
Recruitment
Supervision
Leadership
Building strong parent relationships
Marketing the setting
Health and Safety
Set up of the Safeguarding infrastructure
Set up of back office framework
Maintenance and appearance of the setting
Fostering strong team ethic within the setting
