Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager looking for a challenging opportunity within a well established nursery local to Hackney.
The nursery is looking for someone who has a real passion about Childcare and delivering outstanding standards of care to manage a busy setting that can take up to 100 (plus) children.
Enthusism to develop the nursery is key, ensuring the parents and children are within a happy and homley environment.
Responsibilities within the nursery:
Lead and manage the staff team
Manage all budgets within the nursery and increase the occupancy.
Ensure all policies are kept to at all times
Acheive high standards of care within the nursery
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
NVQ Level 3 (and above) OR equivalent
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
2-3 years post qualifying experience and 2 years senior/management experience
Good organisational skills
Knowledge of OFSTED standards
Strong ability to lead and manage a staff team
Knowledge of Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities
An Enhanced CRB Disclosure is compulsory and a new CRB will be submitted for the successful applicant
