A new opportunity has arisen at our Bush Hill Park Day Nursery in Enfield for a Deputy Manager.
Bush Hill Park Day Nursery is a 52 place nursery caring for children aged from 3 months to 5 years.
You will need previous experience of working with children in care and education and be able to be flexible,adaptable, have patience and show a commitment to working with young children. You will assist the nursery Manager to lead, develop and support the entire staff team and continually raise standards across the nursery.
It is essential that you are able to provide appropriate activities to aid all areas of the EYFS and take responsibility for leading and advising the staff team on planning.
The successful candidate will be NVQ3 qualified or equivalent and have experience as both a Nursery Nurse and a Room Supervisor. You will receive ongoing training and support aswell as the opportunity for career progression.
