SEN Support Worker, Camden London
A very high standard and reputable Children’s Centre in Camden is seeking an SEN Support Worker or an Early Years Educator (level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse) to work every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in an ongoing temporary job. The job will involve working on a 1:1 basis with a two year old child with type 2 diabetes
The successful candidate will have experience of working on a 1:1 basis and working with special educational needs (SEN) supporting and providing pastoral care to children. The suitable candidate would be expected to administer the child’s diabetic medication (training provided) and monitor his food intake, mood changes and provide general care and assistance.
This SEN Support Worker Job has two shift patterns either 8am to 1.30pm or 12.30pm to 6pm to ensure cover from 8am-6pm. The Children’s Centre are looking for candidates who have experience working with special educational needs, are reliable and free to do this work ongoing.
