Pre-school Room Leader
Are you passionate about Pre-school, with the leadership skills and the knowledge to run a Room providing excellent care and education?

Room Leader applicants must be qualified at least to Level 3, must understand how to meet the needs of these children and the expectations of their parents and must be passionate about working in Early Years.
As Pre-school Room Leader you will manage all aspects of your room, from the planning, to ensuring children are prepared for school, to staffing regarding ratios, staff deployment, recruitment etc.
This Nursery will offer you on-going progression and a supportive management team.
Previous Room Leader experience is desirable, but not essential.
Some of your responsibilities as a Room leader will include:
- To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- To lead your team in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS
- To work in partnership with the parents
- To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
- To lead the team in your room, providing day to day guidance for your staff where needed
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Have experience of working with children
