We are seeking Experienced Nursery Managers who have for the last two years, been managing a Day Nursery. We are seeking candidates who have implemented the EYFS curriculum, and who can demonstrate a through knowledge of the Day Care Business. The client is currently seeking an experience Manager to lead their large setting which is based in South East London, Zone 2.
This nursery is well-established within the local community; it has a friendly and happy environment, a good staff team and has previously been managed to an exceptional standard. We therefore need a strong manager with substantial experience, somebody who has a solid background in both the commercial and care side of nursery management.
You will manage the overall operations of the centre which will include; the children’s development, implementation of EYFS curriculum, learning and well being; quality of childcare we provide; compliance with regulation; financial performance, recruitment and team development.
Candidates must be level at least 3 qualified. Very keen to hear from applicants with or aiming towards a Higher Diploma or EYPS.
