This job is either only for the summer (approx. July 21st to September 8th) or can turn into a longer-term role. The family have 3 children (G2, B7, B9) and no pets.

They need a mother’s help to help with children’s activities and general life, such as emptying dishwasher and tidying up. The mum is often at home and would like to find a kind and fun person who can be helpful with the housework and enjoy playing with the children.

During the summer holidays

, 30 hours per week would be ideal. For 3 weeks the family stays at a Sussex holiday home – the mother’s help can work 3 full days a week there and then leave for the rest of the week (fares paid there and back each week). You could also accompany them to Italy for a week if happy to do so (giving you time to explore during non-working periods). May suit an undergraduate/graduate or teacher or nanny – but pleasant personality is main criterion.

From September

the job changes to 40-45 hours a week, spread over 2 long days (7am-7pm) and 3 afternoons (2.30-7.30pm). Help with school runs, help with housework and homework, help in the kitchen with cooking and clearing up, some babysitting if possible. This is not a sole charge position and a driver would be very welcome. The family has a housekeeper/cleaner.

The job is in Wimbledon, situated a short walk from the station and close to Wimbledon Common and the Village.
