We are currently looking for a Room leader to be based in the under 3’s room. Experience of supervising staff in an Early Years setting and of working with children aged under 3 years observing and planning using the relevant curriculum is essential. This would be the right role for someone who is looking to take the next step up to management.
If you feel you have the communication skills and confidence required to manage a busy room and Nursery and ensure high quality childcare standards are met, this is the type of role for you.The Successful candidate will receive ongoing training and the opportunity for career progression.
