This Secondary school based in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire is looking for a enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to fill a temporary, ongoing Cover Supervisor job.
Following a recent improving Ofsted report, this school has a positive working environment. Teaching staff enjoy full support from the Senior Leadership Team, working in a school with a supportive team atmosphere.
You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to supervise a variety of subjects across Years 7 to 10 (Key Stage 3 and 4) in this over subscribed secondary school.
Responsible for ensuring the effective supervision and implementation of lesson plans, you will need to be confident in managing pupil behaviour and managing feedback for the returning staff members.

To be considered for this temporary Cover Supervisor job in Buckinghamshire, you must:
§ Currently work as a Cover Supervisor in a school or have at least 40 days experience supervising pupils aged 11 – 18 years in a school / youth club/ training or coaching setting (and be able to provide references)
§ Have a flexible approach to your work
§ Be able to engage pupils in a classroom setting
