It is a large setting, registered for over 100 children and offers the manager are fulfilling, challenging role which will bring with it significant rewards
We must find an experienced Nursery fully qualified with over 5 years management experienced and excellent knowledge of the EYFS. You must also have experience managing large settings with big staff teams and all the organization and challenges that comes from that.
Duties will include:
The day to day running and administration of the Nursery.
Organising staff meetings and parent’s evenings
Responsible for Managing budgets
Responsible for Effective Recruitment and staff retention
Producing Staff Rota’s
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s
Care, education and supervision of children. Curriculum design and roll out
Developing strong and meaningful relationships with parents, guardians, children, siblings and the local community
