These individuals will be able to think on their feet use their own initiative and try to build a better future for the children, staff and setting in this wonderful setting in Central Kingston.
Managing the staff team to ensure compliance with Ofsted.
Managing the financial and administration tasks such as payroll, invoicing and record keeping ensuring effective working patterns are achieved.
Liaising with staff team to ensure that training and coaching needs are being met.
Speaking to Parents.
Marketing the nursery to optimise full occupancy.
You will need to have the following qualifications:
BA, NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent (Child care related)
Should have been a manager for a minimum of 3 years
