Hays Education are currently recruiting qualified Early Years workers for a variety of settings in the Doncaster area.
We are looking for supply staff with level 3 qualifications in childcare, or a related degree in Early Years. Hours may vary from 7.30am – 6pm each day on a rota basis.
Qualifications and experience required are as follows:
Must hold a recognised childcare qualification in accordance with OFSTED guidelines (i.e. NVQ 3 or equivalent)
Experience within the childcare industry in the last 2 years is essential
A good theoretical and working knowledge of the new Early Years Foundation Stage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to plan and organise
Commitment to maintaining high standards
A Caring, friendly, responsible and reliable nature
Roles vary from Children’s Centres to Schools to Private Daycare Nurseries, supporting children aged 0-5 years. Hays offer continual support, excellent levels of pay and up to date Early Years training.
