We seek an experience, fully qualified Nursery Practionaire to work as a 3rd in charge based in the Baby Room as the Baby Room Leader. The client a small Nursery Group and there are good opportunities within the group for future career development.
Provide quality day care to the Babies and ensure that they are safe, loved, stimulated and well cared for.
Responsible for the day to day running of the baby room to include all of the planning, observations and assessments and writing reports.
Ensuring that the room is a safe and secure environment.
Ensuring the staff are adhering to this philosophy.
Guide and support staff, ensuring they maintain high standards, ensuring they plan for the children within the Early Years framework.
Responsible for developing strong relationships with parents and other childcare professionals.
Preparing the Baby Room for marketing events and parents evening
Being available for Parents evenings, providing detailed feedback to parents about their children.
Working closely with the Nursery Manager to constantly review and improve the service offering for the benefit of the children
