Room Leaders required for one of the leading Childcare Providers, in a setting based in Central London, Zone 1. The setting has 4 large rooms, each catering for 25 children when full. It is newly equiped and has a large outdoor play area, some of which is rain protected.
Candidates must be have a minimum qualification equivalent to NVQ3 in Early Years and Education and must be experienced with EYFS. They must be excellent leaders, able to motivate staff.
Duties may include:
Staff management and staff rota
Care and education of children
Supervision of Children
Supervision of Nursery Nurses and assistants
Planning
Observation
Writing Reports on Key Children
Liaising with Senior staff and parents
Assisting with parent evenings and staff inductions
Ideal role for somebody with previous Room Leading experience or experienced Nursery Nurses Looking foe their first Room Leading position.
